Peterborough United have signed former Leeds and Ipswich midfielder David Norris until the end of the season.
The 33-year-old was released by Leeds on transfer deadline day on 2 February, after making one appearance this term.
Norris, who is from near Peterborough, played 243 times for Plymouth between 2002 and 2008.
"I lived in Peterborough until I was 19. To come back and play for my home team is really nice," he told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"They have a young team here and hopefully my experience can complement the youngsters.
"Hopefully I can get up to speed as quick as I can. My fitness is pretty good, it will just be about the match sharpness."
