Nuneaton Town: Max Crocombe joins from Oxford United on loan

Nuneaton Town have signed New Zealand Under-21 goalkeeper Max Crocombe from League Two side Oxford United.
The move follows the decision by Barnsley to recall Christian Dibble to cover a keeper shortage at Oakwell.
Crocombe, 21, now set for his debut at home to Kidderminster Harriers, would become the fifth keeper used this season by struggling Boro.
Reice Charles-Cook, James Wren, Dibble and Shrewsbury Town youngster Calum Burton have all fulfilled the role.

Max Crocombe has made two first team appearances for Oxford this season, both in the League Cup. He has been with Oxford since 2010 when he signed from non-league side Buckingham Town, for whom he once scored as an outfield substitute. |
Boro began the season with Charles-Cook in goal following his loan from neighbours Coventry City. But he was recalled in mid-November as cover when then Sky Blues' reserve keeper Lee Burge was sent off against Worcester City.
Wren, who had already stood in when Charles-Cook himself was red-carded at Welling in early October, was then brought in by new Boro boss Liam Daish.
But Wren was replaced by Dibble following a 5-0 defeat at Dover, having shipped 15 goals in five Conference games.
Dibble then kept goal for five games before being replaced by Burton over the festive period when he was recalled by Barnsley for the first time. And Dibble's latest five-game stay at Liberty Way was ended in the wake of last Saturday's 2-1 win at Gateshead, which lifted them off the bottom of the Conference table.
