Celtic midfielder Stefan Johansen has been voted top player in the Scottish Professional Football League during February.

The 24-year-old Norwegian scored four goals during February to take his total to 10 in 50 appearances for club and country this season.

Celtic won all three of their games in the Premiership during the month.

They also progressed in to the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup and won their League Cup semi-final.

Their only defeat came in Italy, where they lost 1-0 as they were knocked out of the Europa League at the last-32 stage as Inter Milan secured a 4-3 aggregate victory.

Johansen followed manager and compatriot Ronny Deila to Celtic from Stromsgodset for £2m in January 2014.
