Leon Clarke has joined Bury, who will become the 16th club he has represented in his career
Bury have signed experienced striker Leon Clarke on a three-year contract ahead of their return to League One.
Clarke, 30, was released by Championship club Wolves in May.
"When we found out a player of his ability and quality was potentially available, we had to do all that we could to secure his services," said Bury boss David Flitcroft., external
"He has the pace, power and intelligence to have a massive impact for us next season."
Having started his career at Molineux, Clarke returned to Wolves from Coventry in January 2014, but he struggled for first-team action and scored only three goals in his second spell at the club.
He spent the final months of the 2014-15 campaign on loan at Wigan Athletic.
