Swindon lost in the League One play-off final to Preston in May
Swindon Town have signed England youth international Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill on a two-year deal.
The 19-year-old left-back was released by Arsenal, having made 15 appearances for their Under-21 side last season and also captaining the Under-18 team.
"It's a great club. They play young players and it's a good opportunity for me to get first-team minutes," said Ormonde-Ottewill.
Meanwhile, midfielder Anton Rodgers has signed a two-year contract extension.
The former Chelsea trainee made 13 appearances last term and will remain at the club until the end of the 2016-17 season.
