Former West Ham left-back Julian Dicks has joined the coaching set-up of new Hammers boss Slaven Bilic.

The 46-year-old takes on the role after a season in charge of the Upton Park club's women's team last term.

Dicks scored 65 goals in 326 games for West Ham and played with Bilic in their time at the club.

"We had a great relationship when we played together in the same team and I am sure we will work well together," said Dicks.

Dicks played for West Ham from 1988 to 1993 and again from 1994 to 1999.
