Plymouth Argyle have signed attacking midfielder Graham Carey on a free transfer after he left Ross County.

The former Republic of Ireland under-21 international played under Pilgrims boss Derek Adams in the Scottish Premiership and has signed a one-year deal at Home Park.

He has previously played at St Mirren and made 25 appearances for Ross County last season, scoring two goals.

Carey, 26, has spent time in England during a loan spell at Huddersfield.

He is Plymouth's fourth summer signing ahead of the upcoming League Two campaign.
