Remi Matthews: Burton Albion re-sign Norwich goalkeeper on loan

Remi Matthews has been with Norwich City since the age of 10

Burton Albion have added goalkeeping cover ahead of the new season by re-signing Remi Matthews on loan until January from Norwich City.

The 21-year-old had a spell with the Brewers last season, without making a first-team appearance.

Matthews signed a two-year contract with the Canaries last summer.

Meanwhile, Burton keeper Dean Lyness played his first game since breaking his leg in a 5-1 win over Gresley FC in their first pre-season friendly.
