Craig Tanner: Plymouth Argyle sign Reading striker on loan

Craig Tanner is Plymouth's seventh summer arrival

League Two side Plymouth Argyle have signed Reading striker Craig Tanner on loan until 2 January.

The 20-year-old has made five first-team appearances since coming through the Royals' youth ranks, scoring on his debut in the League Cup against Newport in August 2014.

Tanner spent much of last season on loan at AFC Wimbledon, but failed to find the back of the net in 19 matches.

He may make his Plymouth debut at the Dons in Saturday's League Two game.
