Former Dagenham & Redbridge defender Matt Partridge has joined Newport County until the end of the season.
Partridge, 21, left the Daggers by mutual consent in August just two months after signing a new one-year deal.
He appeared 31 times for the League Two club following his move from Reading in 2014.
"It is a completely new environment for me, so I will be looking forward to that challenge," Partridge said.
Partridge's arrival came on the day Manchester United signed County's 17-year-old defender Regan Poole for an undisclosed fee.
