Robbie Crawford is heading to Alloa for the next four months after failing to break in to the Rangers first team this season

Robbie Crawford has moved from Rangers to fellow Championship side Alloa on loan until January 2016.

The 22-year-old joins Danny Lennon's side in a bid for first-team action, having not played for Rangers under new manager Mark Warburton.

Last season Crawford, who made his Rangers first-team debut in 2012, played 12 games for Morton on loan.

He was back in the Rangers top team in April under manager Stuart McCall, but has not featured this season.

Fellow Ibrox midfielder Andy Murdoch has moved to Cowdenbeath on loan, also until January.
