Swansea City striker Alex Samuel joins Morton on loan

Samuel will be at Cappielow in Greenock until 9 January

Morton have added 19-year-old Swansea City striker Alex Samuel to their squad in a loan deal until January.

Samuel joined City from Welsh Premier League club Aberystwyth Town in 2012 and is moving to Cappielow to gain first-team football over the next four months.

Last season he helped the Swans win the Under-21s Professional Development League Two.

Samuel's new team sit seventh in the Scottish Championship after four games.
