Colwyn Bay are to advertise for a new manager

Manager Ashley Hoskin has left Evo-Stik League Northern Premier Division side Colwyn Bay by mutual consent.

Former Burnley winger Hoskin was appointed in May 2015 after Gus Williams resigned following the club's relegation from the Conference North.

The Seagulls are 20th in the table and drew 0-0 away to Ilkeston in Hoskin's last game in charge on Saturday.

Hoskin's assistant Phil Staley has also resigned and the club are to advertise for a new manager.

Senior players Rob Hopley and Mike Lea will be in charge for Tuesday's game at Skelmersdale United.
