Joel Castro Pereira is a Portugal Under-19 international
Rochdale have signed Manchester United goalkeeper Joel Castro Pereira on a one-month loan deal.
The 19-year-old Portugal Under-21 international has yet to make his competitive debut for the Red Devils.
"He's an exciting goalkeeper. His distribution is flamboyant and his ability in goal is absolutely magnificent," Dale boss Keith Hill told the club website., external
Pereira could make his debut against Bury on Saturday.
