Tony Pulis reveals tunnel clash with referee

West Brom boss Tony Pulis admitted he had a "bit of a go" at referee Anthony Taylor in the tunnel after his side's 3-2 defeat by Leicester.

Pulis was angry at his side not getting two penalties for fouls on Jonny Evans and Darren Fletcher.

"I've had a little bit of a go in the tunnel with him. I apologised for doing that," said the Baggies boss.

However, Pulis says he he will speak to referees' chief Mike Riley about Taylor's decisions in the game.

"We are disappointed with the penalty decisions. Everyone in the crowd would have said Fletcher's was a penalty," he said.

"With Jonny Evans the referee is only two yards away and he gets pulled back.

"You have to do well to miss it. Why he has not given those two I don't know.

"At this level the referee should be getting those decisions correct."

Salomon Rondon had put West Brom in front before two Riyad Mahrez goals and a Jamie Vardy effort put Leicester 3-1 up.

Rickie Lambert pulled one back but the Baggies could not prevent suffering a fifth league defeat of the campaign.

"They say for the second goal [Mahrez] is offside. We have a linesman over the far side who can see it clearly and can see it across the line," said Pulis.

"Decisions which could have helped us didn't go with us."
