Inter have lost three of their last six Serie A games

Inter Milan slipped to second place in the Serie A table as Sassuolo beat them with a 95th-minute winner from the penalty spot.

The game was heading for a goalless draw when Inter defender Joao Miranda fouled Gregoire Defrel inside the area.

Domenico Berardi netted the penalty to condemn Roberto Mancini's side to a third defeat in six Serie A games.

Sassuolo, who lost the corresponding fixture last season 7-0, are now unbeaten in five league games.

Inter's defeat allowed Napoli to go top with a 5-1 victory over Frosinone.
