Jersey sign Esher prop James Gethings

Gethings previously played for Trinity College Dublin

Jersey have signed Esher prop James Gethings until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old is a former Ireland Under-19 international and has made 12 appearances for Esher in the Championship this season.

He was part of the Esher side that won promotion from National One to the Championship two years ago.

Jersey are top of National One but have been struggling with injuries in the front row after James Ellershaw and Jon Brennan were ruled out for the season.
