England assistant coach Mike Catt says the Millennium Stadium is not an intimidating venue, as they prepare for the Six Nations opener against Wales.
Wales clinched a record 30-3 win over England on the last occasion the sides met in Cardiff in March 2013.
England have trained for the match in front of loud speakers to replicate the kind of atmosphere they can expect.
"I wouldn't say it's intimidating. I don't think we will be fazed by the noise," Catt told BBC Sport.
"Only six or seven of players haven't been to the Millennium Stadium and played in front of that sort of crowd."
South Africa-born Catt, who made 75 appearances for England, claims Stuart Lancaster's side are much stronger than when they lost on their last visit to Wales.
"It hurt that day. It was two years ago and we've beaten them since then, and also beaten some top teams too," added the 43-year-old.
"It's going to be a big big battle, hopefully we have prepared well enough to confront it."
