Wimbledon 2015: BBC coverage bigger than ever before

The BBC coverage of Wimbledon 2015 will be bigger than ever before, with up to 15 live streams available to view.

Sue Barker fronts TV coverage across BBC One and BBC Two, while action is also available on BBC Radio 5 live.

Three-time Wimbledon finalist Andy Roddick joins the BBC team on TV and radio, while seven-time Grand Slam champion Justine Henin joins radio.

The tournament runs from 29 June to 12 July, with champions Novak Djokovic and Petra Kvitova defending their titles.

Digital coverage

BBC Sport will deliver its biggest digital Wimbledon, enabling audiences to follow an unprecedented amount of action whenever and wherever they want, with live streams available across PC, mobile, tablet and connected TV.

A dedicated Wimbledon live coverage page will be available at www.bbc.co.uk/sport offering a wide selection of live video streams, radio, rolling highlights, text commentary and live votes. Fans will be encouraged to join in the conversation via social media on Twitter, Facebook and Google+.

The 2013 champion Andy Murray will be giving exclusive insight into the Championships with his BBC Sport column, including behind-the-scenes pictures after every match.

Television coverage

Sue Barker will present live coverage across BBC One, BBC Two and the BBC Sport website with 153 hours of tennis scheduled.

If you miss any of the action, Clare Balding will present Wimbledon 2Day on BBC Two, rounding up all the best bits from the All England Club.

The new daily highlights programme will feature a live audience and celebrity guests who will talk about the latest news and hottest topics.

Wimbledon Classics will also return on BBC Two, with highlights of some of the best tennis battles in SW19 history.

Radio coverage

The build-up to the day's tennis will get under way with George Riley presenting BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast from Centre Court. The show will have reaction from the previous day's play, the latest news - plus special guests.

The trio of Eleanor Oldroyd, Mark Pougatch and Dan Walker will be on Centre Court for daily coverage from 12:00 BST.

The popular 6-love-6 programme, with former Wimbledon champion John McEnroe, also returns. He will be joined by special guests from the world of tennis and take calls from listeners, giving his unique take on the topical issues of the day.

On Tuesday, 16 June a 5 live special - 'Becker: 17 Again' (20:30 BST) - will relive the day an unseeded 17-year-old was crowned Wimbledon champion.

BBC Red Button and connected TVs

As well as coverage on BBC One and BBC Two, viewers can choose from up to five extra courts in SD and one court in HD on the Red Button.

Connected TV viewers with Red Button+ or the BBC Sport app can also access a dedicated tennis section, which will include all 15 digital streams and the latest highlights and headlines.

All Wimbledon coverage broadcast on BBC One and BBC Two will also be available live and as catch-up afterwards on BBC iPlayer.
