Manchester United are determined not to let Belgian forward Adnan Januzaj, 18, leave the club for free. Januzaj is out of contract at the end of this season and both Manchester City and Juventus are interested, but United will offer him a four-year deal worth around £50,000-a-week.

League Two side Burton Albion were forced to call up veteran goalkeeper Kevin Poole, 50, for the 2-1 win at Wycombe after an injury to Dean Lyness. Poole retired at the end of last season and joined the coaching staff but was an unused substitute on Saturday.
