Newcastle and Aston Villa are among the teams interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur's unsettled former Fulham midfielder Mousa Dembele, 26.
Liverpool have beaten Arsenal to the signing of Derby midfielder Will Hughes and will sign the 18-year-old in a £12m deal during the January transfer window.

Sunderland are rumoured to be looking at signing Swedish 17-year-old Valmir Berisha after the Halmstads striker scored a hat-trick against Argentina in last month's Under-17 World Cup in Abu Dhabi.
