After West Brom celebrated the life of former striker Jeff Astle during Saturday's 3-2 home defeat by Leicester, Baggies striker Saido Berahino posted a photo of himself wearing Astle's number nine shirt on Instagram, with the message: "Was truly honoured to be given #9. Despite the result it was a very special day for a true legend JEFF ASTLE."

However City Ladies captain Toni Dugganlater apologised on Facebook, saying being photographed with van Gaal was "an error of judgement", while removing the photo from her Instagram account.
