Football Association of Wales (FAW) chief executive Noel Mooney hopes that people from around the world will want to watch Welsh domestic football following the planned changes to the Cymru Premier.
More clubs are set to join the league, while more games will be played on Friday nights. A version of video assistant refereeing (VAR) will also be introduced.
There could be further changes in Welsh football’s top division, with a new format to be revealed later in the year.
