Chelsea secure Moreira deal

Chelsea have completed the signing of winger Diego Moreira from Benfica.

The 18-year-old made his league debut for Benfica's first team last season after excelling for their second string.

He has represented Portugal at several youth levels and is currently competig at the Under-21 European Championships.
