Manjezi and Pieretto return for Glasgow Warriors

Sintu Manjezi and Enrique Pieretto return from long-term injuries for Glasgow Warriors' visit to Ospreys on Saturday.

South African lock Manjezi has been absent since last December, while Argentine prop Pieretto, who is on the bench, suffered a serious shoulder injury in the summer of 2022.

Jamie Bhatti and Lucio Sordoni are added to the front row after last weekend's win over Stormers and Henco Venter comes into the back-row in place of the rested Rory Darge.

Fly-half Duncan Weir makes his first start of the campaign, with Jamie Dobie at scrum-half, making it six changes overall.

Allan Dell and Sean Kennedy join Pieretto among the replacements, also in line for their first outings of the season.

Glasgow Warriors: Smith, Cancelliere, Tuipulotu, McDowall (capt), Rowe, Weir, Dobie; Bhatti, Matthews, Sordoni, Manjezi, Gray, Fagerson, Vailanu, Venter.

Replacements: Fraser, Dell, Pieretto, Peterson, Samuel, Miller, Kennedy, Jordan.
