Jenson Button claims his first pole position in 50 attempts for McLaren with a storming lap around Spa-Francorchamps ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix.
The 32-year-old shares the front row of a mixed up grid with Sauber's Kamui Kobayashi after the Japanese driver's best-ever qualifying performance, with Pastor Maldonado third for Williams.
The pole is Button's first since Monaco in 2009, the year he won the world championship when driving for Brawn.
