BBC Sport's Dan Roan looks at how UK Sport is using advances in technology to stay one step ahead of the opposition.

A new agreement has been announced between UK Sport and defence giant BAE Systems, which will give elite athletes access to cutting edge technology.

UK Sport chief executive Liz Nicholl says the technology be the difference between a gold or silver medal and can help turn fourth-place finishes into medals.
