Mike Bushell tackles underwater rugby
BBC Breakfast's Mike Bushell dives in to try underwater rugby, a sport that has grown enormously since it was first played in the 1960s.
With 19 countries now competing in the World Cup the sport is on the rise in the UK. It is less physical than rugby union which makes it ideal for those who may not be able to play the traditional game.
