How gaming has helped my cystic fibrosis

Teenager Izzy tells BBC Sport's Miriam Walker-Khan about how gaming helps her cystic fibrosis.

BBC Children in Need supports many projects around the UK which are using video games to benefit children. One of them is the Cystic Fibrosis Trust who run gaming sessions so children can make friends and play together.
