'The biggest problem is stability' - Gelson Fernandes on issues facing African FAs
The man tasked with helping football federations across Africa grow and improve their governance says "the biggest problem is stability".
Former Swiss international Gelson Fernandes, who was born in Cape Verde, is Fifa's director of member associations Africa.
