Mo Farah prioritises 10k over 5k at World Championships
Double European champion Mo Farah insists his top priority at the World Championships will be the 10,000m race despite winning the 5,000m at the UK Athletics trials last month.
The news comes amid speculation, external that Farah would compete in both the 5,000 and 10,000m at the event in Daegu, South Korea on 27 August, but he says he is "100% focussed" on the 10k.
The 28-year-old, who competes at the Diamond League London event this weekend, adds that he is pleased by the buzz surrounding London 2012, but is cautious not to get "too excited" by the build up.
