London marathon: Farah has no marathon security concerns

Britain's double Olympic champion Mo Farah says he has no security concerns ahead of the London Marathon on Sunday.

There will be increased police numbers at the race in light of the attack at the end of the Boston Marathon.

Farah also sheds light on his decision to only run half the race, insisting it gives him an opportunity to assess his opponents ahead of next year.
