London Marathon: Kenya's Priscah Jeptoo takes women's victory

Kenya's Priscah Jeptoo says she is very happy with her "tough" 2013 London Marathon win in two hours, 20 minutes and 13 seconds.

Team-mate Edna Kiplagat finished second in 2:21.32 and Japan's Yoko Shibui third (2:24.43).

Earlier in the race, Ethiopian Olympic champion Tiki Gelana was involved in a collision at a water station with Canadian wheelchair racer Josh Cassidy and could only recover to finish 16th.
