Bolt's time of 19.66 seconds held off the challenge of Jamaican team mate Warren Weir (19.79) and American Curtis Mitchell (20.04).
Britain's Adam Gemili finished fifth in 20.08 and says the race was the "most exciting thing I've ever done," whilst Bolt says it's "always brilliant" to win titles.
