'Lockdown has allowed me to concentrate on rehab' - O'Flaherty

County Down athlete Kerry O'Flaherty is capitalising on the Covid-19 lockdown by recovering from a foot injury she sustained last September.

O'Flaherty broke a fifth metatarsal while running the 3,000m steeplechase at the European Permit Meeting in Andujar.

Surgery followed but O'Flaherty is now back on the track and hoping to qualify for the Olympic Games in Tokyo next year.
