Leicester Riders: Move to new home a 'game-changer'

Leicester Riders expect a "phenomenal" atmosphere when they begin life in their new £4.8m home with a fixture against Surrey Scorchers on Saturday.

Managing director Russell Levenston told BBC East Midlands Today the move to the Leicester Community Sports Arena is a "game-changer".

"For us to get the growth we needed the facilities and now we have somewhere we can call home," he added.

"We always knew there would be a good response but we sold out 2400 tickets in six days and we probably could have sold another 1000 tickets."
