Aliyev in action at amateur World Championships

Highlights of the round of 32 from the amateur boxing World Championships in Azerbaijan, featuring home fighter Ramil Aliyev's 23-6 victory over Rasul Yuldashev's of Turkmenistan.

The British contingent have put in an impressive display so far, getting eight boxers through to the last 16 including Anthony Ogogo, Luke Campbell, Tom Stalker, Khalid Yafai, Fred Evans and Andrew Selby.

Should they win their next bouts and reach the quarter-finals, they will qualify for the 2012 Olympics.
