Burnett upbeat despite brain scan shock

Youth Olympics champion Ryan Burnett expects to be given the go-ahead to fight in the pro ranks despite failing a brain scan recently.

Burnett signed a professional deal with promoter, former world champion Ricky Hatton earlier this year.

"Ricky's team in Manchester are working on it and hopefully it's going to be sorted out soon enough," Burnett told BBC Sport Northern Ireland.
