McGuigan predicts 'explosive' Frampton win in Cazares bout
Barry McGuigan says his protege Carl Frampton will earn an "emphatic and explosive" win in his WBC super-bantamweight title final eliminator against Mexico's Hugo Cazares in Belfast on 4 April.
Cazares, 35, is a two-time former world champion and McGuigan says that Frampton has fought 220 rounds of sparring in the build-up to the Odyssey Arena contest.
Unbeaten Frampton's fight will start a big weekend of sport in Northern Ireland with Ulster's Heineken Cup quarter-final taking place a day later at Ravenhill and his beloved Crusaders also involved in the Irish Cup semi-finals.
"Hopefully I can set the ball rolling on a great weekend," Frampton, 27, told BBC Sport.
