Frampton vows to land world title by knocking out Martinez again
Carl Frampton says he will land the IBF world super-bantamweight title in Belfast on 6 September by knocking out Kiko Martinez a second time.
Frampton, 27, knocked out the Spaniard after nine rounds 16 months ago to land the European title but Martinez regrouped to win the IBF belt later in 2013.
Martinez, 28, insists he is a much improved fighter from his Belfast defeat but Frampton insists that the result will be unchanged in September.
"I out-boxed him, then I out-fought him and then I knocked him out. It's going to be the same result this time and maybe even earlier," Frampton told BBC Sport Northern Ireland.
