World Boxing: Savannah Marshall expects to retain world title
"My alarm goes off at ten past seven, I get weighed at twenty past and I have to be on the track for quarter to eight."
Four days a week, 48 weeks of the year, this is the routine for 23-year-old Hartlepool boxer Savannah Marshall, who defends her world middleweight title in Jeju City, South Korea this month.
Two years ago, on her 21st birthday, Marshall became Britain's first women's boxing world champion. But she was not prepared for what followed two months later at the London Olympics.
"People were saying I'd already won gold and the pressure was too much," she tells BBC Sport's Tanya Arnold.
She lost her opening bout and it took time to repair her confidence. But at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Marshall won gold.
"It was a big thing for me because of the amount of people watching," she says. "I learned to just enjoy it. If I box my best, I think I'm capable of winning gold again in South Korea."
