ICC's Haroon Lorgat tight-lipped on Daryl Harper's 'bullying' claims

International Cricket Council head Haroon Lorgat is full of praise for umpire Daryl Harper, though he admits that the Australian suffered an "unfortunate" end to his career during this month's match between India and the West Indies.

The ICC chief goes on to defend Test cricket, describing Lord's as the "perfect setting" for the series opener between England and India, and feels that the game's number one side will have the talent to cope with the loss of Sachin Tendulkar when he eventually retires from the international game.
