Andrew Strauss praises 'incredible' Trott century
England captain Andrew Strauss describes Jonathan Trott's century as "outstanding", believing the batsman showed great "technique, application and skill" to give England hope of an unlikely victory in the first Test against Sri Lanka.
Trott hit 112 but England still collapsed to a 75-run defeat in Galle, falling short of what would have been a record total of 340, with Strauss admitting his side had "left ourselves with too much to do".
