Jimmy Anderson will 'respect' ECB Kevin Pietersen decision

England pace bowler James Anderson says he will "respect" any decision the England and Wales Cricket Board make over Kevin Pietersen's future in the squad.

The batsman was dropped from the Test squad during the series against South Africa for sending "provocative" texts to some South Africa players.

Anderson says talks between Pietersen and the ECB are "ongoing" and he does not know whether he will be omitted from the tour of India in November.
