Ashes 2013-14: Warner comments disrespectful - Alastair Cook

England captain Alastair Cook says David Warner's comments were "disrespectful" after the Australian batsman said England had "scared eyes" in the first Ashes Test.

England succumbed to a humiliating 381-run defeat in Brisbane to go 1-0 down in the five-Test series and Cook admits his side were "outplayed" after the first day.

But Cook insists there is "plenty of time for England to fight back" when the series resumes in Adelaide in 11 days.
