Geoffrey Boycott says England team director Andy Flower needs to make a decision on his future so that the team can rebuild for the 2015 Ashes.

After England's 150-run defeat in the third Test in Perth, which gave Australia a 3-0 lead with only two Tests to play, Flower was asked about his future but would only comment on the upcoming matches in Melbourne and Sydney.

Boycott says Australia have out-thought England on this tour, and believes whoever the England coach is for the 2015 series needs to begin work right away.
