Tom Poynton says county cricket 'helps' him with tragedy

Derbyshire's Tom Poynton tells BBC Sport's Sam Sheringham that cricket helps him cope with the tragedy of losing his father in a car accident last year.

Poynton, 25, suffered career-threatening leg injuries but used his time out of the game to develop his skills and foster other interests.

He now hopes to be an inspiration to others.
