Former Arsenal and Tottenham defender Sol Campbell says it will be difficult for Alex McLeish to "blank out" the furore surrounding his move from Birmingham City to bitter rivals Aston Villa.
However, the defender - who controversially moved across north London from White Hart Lane to Highbury - believes the Scot has broad enough shoulders to cope, but says he needs positive results on the pitch.
