Mikel Arteta urges Everton to keep hold of stars
Mikel Arteta believes that it is vital that Everton resist the temptation to sell players like Phil Jagielka and Jack Rodwell if they want to achieve anything this season.
The Spanish midfielder says that he understands supporters' frustrations at the lack of new arrivals at Goodison Park, but feels that both they and the players themselves understand the financial constraints at the club.
Arteta also states that nobody can fault the endeavours and efforts of manager David Moyes.
