David Beckham wants Englishman to lead England
Ex-England captain David Beckham says he would like an English manager to lead the international squad when Fabio Capello resigns after Euro 2012.
The former Manchester United midfielder admits there have not been enough English coaches to choose from in recent years, but England have been fortunate enough to have Capello, who has "been successful all over the world".
Beckham adds that striker Wayne Rooney must go to the European Championships next year, despite being banned for the first three matches, which the Football Association have said they will appeal.
